PayDay Pawn Shop has launched a new online shopping experience. Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions to assist with your queries.

I have an existing Webshop account. Will I need to register or create a new account?
Yes, you will need to create a new account even if you have an existing Webshop account registered. To register, simply click the profile button, which is located on the right-hand side at the top of Cashiers online. You can register with your email address or your social media accounts.

What about my old orders? Will my previous order history be shown in my new account?
Unfortunately, no. Your previous orders will no longer be shown in your account.

If you need to obtain a copy of your previous orders, you can do so by contacting us. Your order history will be available for 90 days after the launch of the new site.

What happens if I have an order in progress or a refund being processed?
If you have an order or refund in progress when the transition is made, these will be processed through the old system as normal.

Can I view all the categories at once?
You sure can, simply do a “blank search”. Click on the search button and you’ll then see all results from all categories. From here you can refine your search and sort by your preferred category, location or product attributes.

How do I search for a particular item?
Search the general term you are looking for and then use the refine search button to narrow down the results. For example, if you are looking for an acoustic guitar, you could search “guitar” and then use the category filter to get more specific results.

What happened to the “watchlist” feature?

Unfortunately, this feature is no longer available. A “wishlist” feature will be added to the new site soon amongst many other new features we are planning.

How do I know the postage for something?
Postage costs are applied once you have added the item to your cart and progressed through to checkout, along with signature on delivery and insurance if applicable. Postage for an item will usually be the same regardless of where you are located.

How will I be informed of other important changes?
We will continue to update this page with important changes. If you have an existing Webshop account, we may contact you by email for any important changes that affect your account.
